What can I say about Hapday? This app significantly changed my life. It has a lot of practice for physical and mental health. The most important thing is that you can find everything in this app: breathing exercises, meditations, self-care plans, mood tracker and other tools helping to improve daily routine.
I would say that Hapday is not about functions and tasks. It's more about lifestyle. Try it once, and you won't need any apps on your iPhone besides Hapday.
