Junior User Acquisition Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Junior User Acquisition Manager to oversee the full cycle of our advertising campaigns. This role will suit someone who is eager to work across various digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest) and collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing creative strategies. You will help Hapday optimize and scale up its ad campaigns, reporting on performance metrics and generating insights for ongoing improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of ad campaigns, from setup to optimization and scaling on Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest
  • Monitor key performance metrics, optimizing campaigns and compiling reports on their success and areas for improvement
  • Contribute to scaling campaigns across multiple platforms with the goal of increasing ROI
  • Work closely with the creative manager to develop, test, and optimize creatives, analyzing their effectiveness and generating insights

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • A solid understanding of mobile/web marketing funnels and performance metrics.
  • Analytical mindset with experience working with MMP systems (Appsflyer), BI systems, knowledge in Excel or Google Sheets and Notion.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and offer clear feedback to team members.
  • Adaptability, a desire to learn, time management skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English at B1 level or higher. Fluent Russian language.
